Consider and act upon the approval of the payment of vouchers processed by the County Auditor's office; recognize the insurance fund report; consider and act upon the approval adopting Hart InterCivic Duo Voting System as required by law; consider and act upon renewal of the memorandum of understanding between Potter County and the Amarillo Area Office of Emergency Management; hear a report from the Potter County Extension Office; hear an update on the St. Anthony's Project; wage complaint mediation and closed session if necessary; employment items; hear a report on various Potter County projects and the Potter County Detention Center and take any action necessary; insurance claims; executive session.
