Allianz Life Insurance Company of North America (Allianz Life(R)) announced today that it has earned the 31st spot on Training magazine's 2018 Training Top 125 list. In its fifth consecutive year on the list, Allianz Life moved up five spots from 2017 and is highlighted as having one of the world's most successful learning and development programs.

Judging for the list factors in corporate training programs and assesses a range of qualitative and quantitative elements, including financial investment in employee development, the scope of development programs, how closely such development efforts are linked to business goals and objectives, and their effectiveness in terms of business impact.
