MINNEAPOLIS, Feb. 13 -- Allianz Life, a provider of retirement solutions, including fixed and variable annuities and life insurance for individuals, issued the following news release:
Allianz Life Insurance Company of North America (Allianz Life) announced today that it has been named to Training Magazine's 2017 Training Top 125 list (https://trainingmag.com/training-magazine-ranks-2017-training-top-125-organizations) for its excellence in employer-sponsored training and development programs. This is the fourth consecutive year that Allianz Life has made the list. Allianz Life moved up 21 spots from 2016, ranking 36th on the 2017 list.
Now in its 18th year, the Training Top 125 ranking is based on a variety of benchmarking statistics including: hours of training, training budget, and number of trainers; best practices and outstanding initiatives; and evaluation and metrics, which are often based on employee satisfaction surveys and business results.
The ranking is determined by assessing a range of qualitative and quantitative factors, including financial investment in and corporate commitment to employee development, demonstrable results of learning programs, the scope of development, and how closely these efforts are linked to successfully achieving a corporate strategic goal.
"We are honored to receive this award as it represents Allianz Life's continued focus on employee development, which is central to what makes our company a great place to work," said Suzanne Dowd Zeller, chief human resources officer for Allianz Life.
