IRVINE, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Alliant Insurance Services has added Rebecca Ellis as Assistant Vice President within its Employee Benefits Group in the Rocky Mountain Region. The veteran consultant will partner with employers throughout the western region to develop strategic employee benefits and total rewards programs that optimize value and enhance organizational performance.

Prior to joining Alliant, Ellis was a Vice President with a global insurance brokerage and consulting firm. She earned a master’s degree in business administration from Idaho State University and a master’s degree in healthcare administration from Westminster College in Utah.
