CareOregon is a nonprofit insurance provider serving individuals from low-income households across the state ofOregon . It serves Medicaid, Medicare Advantage, and CHIP enrollees. -
Health Plan of San Joaquin is a public, not-for-profit, managed care insurance provider that servesMedi-Cal enrollees in California’sSan Joaquin andStanislaus counties. -
Priority Health is a nonprofit insurance provider that servesMichigan consumers through employer provided coverage, Medicare Advantage, Medicare Supplement, Medicaid, and individual plans.
