GETTYSBURG, PA , January 30, 2023 --- ACNB Corporation (NASDAQ: ACNB), financial holding company for ACNB Bank and ACNB Insurance Services, Inc. , announced today that the Board of Directors approved and declared a regular quarterly cash dividend of $0.28 per share of ACNB Corporation common stock payable on March 15, 2023 , to shareholders of record as of March 1, 2023 . This per share amount reflects a 7.7% increase over the same quarter of 2022 and will result in aggregate dividend payments of nearly $2.4 million to ACNB Corporation shareholders in the first quarter of 2023. Compared to a year ago, ACNB Corporation paid a $0.26 dividend per common share in the first quarter of 2022.

FIRST QUARTER CASH DIVIDEND
"ACNB Corporation recently reported the second consecutive year of record earnings, ending 2022 with net income exceeding $35,000,000 . This strength in financial performance enables the Corporation to continue its legacy of rewarding shareholders for their investment in our vision to be the independent financial services provider of choice in the core markets served by building relationships and finding solutions. At $0.28 per common share, this is a meaningful quarterly cash dividend that is 7.7%, or $0.02 per share, higher than paid a year ago in the first quarter of 2022," said James P.
