TO THE EDITORS:

Our hearts go out to those who have lost so much in Moore, Okla., following the tornado. We can only hope these families receive timely and fair compensation from their homeowner's insurance company.

Insurance can be a false sense of security. Check your policy. You may not receive what you are entitled to when most needed.
