Willis’ Insurance Noodle Goes Live with SeaPass Quoting Hub

Following 60 day beta-test, full implementation of Insurance Noodle 2.0 enables independent agents to quickly obtain real-time bindable commercial lines quotes through numerous insurance carriers

(insuranceconnect.seapass.com), a leading independent provider of web-based insurance distribution solutions to the property and casualty (P&C) insurance industry, today announced that Insurance Noodle, part of Willis North America, a unit of Willis Group Holdings Limited, the global insurance broker, is now in production with the SeaPass Hub and SeaPass Insurance Portal. The Insurance Noodle production environment, called Insurance Noodle 2.0, allows its member agents to submit and quote business online with leading insurance carriers for BOP, workers’ compensation, umbrella, commercial auto, professional liability and excess and surplus lines of business. The successful implementation followed a successful 60 day pilot program.

Deploying the SeaPass Hub and Insurance Portal enables Insurance Noodle to provide its member agents with real-time web-based processing of small commercial accounts through its carrier partners. Utilizing ACORD’s XML transaction processing, the SeaPass Insurance Portal solution provides instant multi-carrier marketing through a single online access point.

Through one short, online application, Insurance Noodle 2.0 users receive:

• Immediate, bindable quotes from multiple admitted, national carriers;
• Online quoting for BOP, Auto, Work Comp, Umbrella, EPLI, E&O, D&O; and
• Automatic referral to Insurance Noodle wholesale partners for E&S quotes when an admitted quote is not possible.
