Western Insurance Holdings Forms New Company: On Point Risk Solutions [Manufacturing Close – Up]

Western Insurance Holdings, Inc., a property and casualty holding company, announced the formation of its newest company - On Point Risk Solutions, Inc.

According to a Jan. 19 release, On Point Risk Solutions brings a wealth of expertise to the surety and construction, and property and casualty insurance industries. On Point Risk Solutions is backed by Western Insurance Holdings, the parent of ICW Group Insurance Companies, a group of property and casualty carriers.

"On Point Risk Solutions goes beyond traditional third party claims administrators," said Kevin Prior, president of Western Insurance Holdings. "This is a flexible and nimble operation that can handle virtually every aspect of a claim, from straightforward claims adjustment to full underwriting support and claims administration services."

On Point Risk Solutions provides property and casualty services to commercial property and liability insurance carriers, managing general agents, reinsurers and self insureds (including public entities). It can handle every aspect of a claim, from coverage review, investigation and settlement, litigation management, and subrogation.

David Reilly, assistant vice president of On Point Risk Solutions, said, "We have extensive experience handling the largest and most complicated property and liability claims, with a special emphasis on coverage.
