Vista is new horizon for former Bridge team, who left their position as Board Directors of Bridge in Manchester in January 2014

Three former directors of rival Manchester brokers Bridge, Gavin Ruben, Vaughan Rudd and Peter Warburton who resigned in December last year will join Vista from July 1st in an exciting new joint venture that puts together for the first time two of the strongest teams in the region.

Gavin Ruben, who will take on the role of Managing Director of Vista, commented: "There has been a good deal of speculation as to where the three of us might surface. We knew when we resigned that we wanted to lead our own business, but it was not until recent discussions with Simon and Danny that it was obvious we shared common interests and that for us all to join forces was the logical next step. We have ambitious growth plans and will focus on our combined strengths in key business sectors."

Simon Taylor commented: "I have known all three of the team for many years. As leading broking professionals, with an excellent track record, it was clear to both me and Danny that we should invest in their futures. I am sure many of our fellow brokers, and maybe a few insurers, will think this move a little strange for Reich. Not often do you see the Executive team at an established insurance broker investing in a new venture like this, rather than just acquiring another similar business to merge into the Reich Group, but then we have never done the obvious at Reich. We see great potential in growing a new partner in the market linked to Reich but working as an independent specialist business. Together we will be a force to be reckoned with and we have great ideas to grow the new business, along with Reich."

Simon Taylor will act as the Chairman of the new company while continuing as CEO of Reich and will provide strategic support and advice to the Vista team. Danny will also join the Vista Board to bring his wealth of experience to the new venture.
