"Our other business has grown 12 percent in the last year, and there are new projects on the horizon," he said in a news release.
The company said it needs people who possess an ability to multitask under pressure, who can communicate professionally via email and on the telephone and who have strong customer service skills.
New hires will go through a five-week training course, the company said.
"We look for a personality type, not initials behind someone's name," Sadler said. "Our employees must work well with others and have the attitude that the impossible can be accomplished for a patient referral."
