The MDA Fifth Edition will be available in four delivery formats: Internet subscription; multi-volume reference textbook (more than 3500 pages in three volumes with storage case); Windows software version on CD-ROM; and data integration for seamless linking and embedding into proprietary claim or case management systems. The Internet subscription format is being released for general availability on April 5th, with all other formats available in the summer of 2005.
