Texas Farm Bureau Insurance Companies Receive ‘Highest Customer Satisfaction’ Award

The Texas Farm Bureau Insurance Companies said they received the "Highest Customer Satisfaction Among Auto Insurers in Texas" according to the recently released J.D. Power 2014 U.S. Auto Insurance Study.

The group noted in a release that this is the third consecutive year Texas Farm Bureau Insurance has received an award from J.D. Power for auto insurance customer satisfaction.

"We were so honored when we received the notification we had the highest score for our state again," said Mike Gerik, Executive Vice President for the Texas Farm Bureau Insurance Companies. "We are committed to delivering solid insurance products and a superior level of personal service to our 500,000+ member families on a daily basis. To receive this award for the third consecutive year is such a privilege for all of us."

Texas Farm Bureau said it received the highest numerical score among auto insurance providers in Texas in the proprietary J.D. Power 2012-2014 U.S. Auto Insurance Studies (Central Region in 2012) 2014 study based on 44,661 total responses measuring 8 providers in Texas and measures opinions of consumers with their auto insurance provider.
