Kat Cunningham, owner of Moresource Inc., has been named to the Missouri History Museum's board of trustees, located in St. Louis.

U.S. Bank has announced two promotions: Jason Philips to vice president and Marianne Kraft to business banking officer. Philips has been with the bank since 2004 and serves clients within the commercial banking department. Kraft has been with the bank since February and serves clients within the commercial banking department.

Agents National Title Insurance Co. has announced several personnel moves. Katie Tegerdine has been promoted to director of operations, and Nick Curtis has been promoted to senior accountant. The firm also announced the addition of Robert Noce as claims counsel and Kip Batye as a staff accountant.
