Solera Holdings, Inc. To Enter the Greek Market, Will Repurchase Market Rights from Licensee

(NYSE: SLH), the leading global provider of software and services to the automobile insurance claims processing industry, today announced that it intends to enter the Greek market by repurchasing and terminating the rights to conduct business in that market from Audatex Hellas, an independent licensee. Solera will conduct business in the 5.4 million insured vehicle market through an indirect wholly-owned subsidiary named Informex Hellas.Informex Hellas will introduce a new, web-based suite of products and services that are designed to allow insurers, assessors and collision repair shops to manage more effectively and accurately claims processing work flow.
