Selective Insurance Group Updates on Officer Appointments [Professional Services Close – Up]

Selective Insurance Group, Inc., announced the following appointments by its subsidiary, Selective Insurance Company of America.

According to a release, the appointments include:

Christie Harris (Charlotte, NC) to vice president, Claims Workers Compensation. Harris joined Selective in October 2013. Prior to that, she served as field product line manager for Travelers Insurance. Harris earned the designation of senior claims law associate.

James Klotz (West Chester, PA) to vice president, Claims Strategic Operations and Systems. Klotz joined Selective in August 2013. His prior positions include senior vice president and chief information officer at PMA Insurance Group and vice president of Information Systems at Travelers. Klotz is affiliated with the Greater Philadelphia Senior Executive Group.

Kevin Forrey (Wantage, NJ) to assistant vice president, Claims Application Delivery. Forrey joined Selective in 2007 as a technical architect and most recently served as a senior application manager.

Eva Gonzalez (Morris Plains, NJ) to assistant vice president, Line of Business Manager. Gonzalez joined Selective in September 2013 after serving as commercial lines underwriting officer for CNA.

Selective Insurance Group is a holding company for property and casualty insurance companies.
