Safety Holdings Purchases CoreLogic’s American Driving Records Subsidiary [Health & Beauty Close – Up]

Safety Holdings, a subsidiary of SAMBASafety Holdings, has announced the acquisition of American Driving Records, a subsidiary of CoreLogic.

The acquisition closed on Aug. 31, according to a release.

Safety Holdings said that its acquisition of American Driving Records expands its ability to provide national driver record access, merges two client bases (SAMBASafety and ADR), and provides a broader suite of risk management offerings. SAMBASafety and ADR will continue operations as subsidiaries of the holding company.

SAMBASafety is a provider of SaaS-based driver risk management services and solutions.

In addition, this transaction allows us to deliver innovative information solutions to the insurance marketplace."

Safety Holdings is a provider of motor vehicle records, driver risk management services and vehicle registration services.
