Rothman Gordon Managing Shareholder Joins Board of Seton-La Salle High School

Rothman Gordon Managing Shareholder Bill Lestitian has been appointed to the Board of Seton-La Salle Catholic High School. Seton-La Salle is the largest co-educational Catholic high school in the diocese of Pittsburgh. Located in Mt. Lebanon, the school was created to assure the continued presence of quality Catholic education it the South Hills of Pittsburgh. Established in 1979, Seton-La Salle was a merger between Elizabeth Seton High School (1941-79) and South Hills Catholic High School (1956-79).

Mr. Lestitian is also the head of the Corporate & Business Department of Rothman Gordon. Using his experience as a Certified Public Accountant, Mr. Lestitian advises closely-held and family-owned businesses on capital formation, forms of business organization and related tax implications, mergers & acquisitions, employment matters, and shareholder disputes and has successfully navigated his clients through complex regulatory matters and litigation. Mr. Lestitian earned his B.B.A. from the University of Notre Dame and his J.D, cum laude, from the University of Pittsburgh School of Law. He resides in Brookline with his wife, Debbie. They have two children: Chloe and Ryan.
