Robert DeValle Joins Hub International as Northern California Employee Benefits Consultancy Practice Leader

Mountain View, CA - June, 2012 - Hub International Insurance Services, Inc. (Hub), a leading international Insurance Brokerage, announced today that Robert DeValle has joined the organization as Senior Vice President and Practice Leader for the Employee Benefits Consulting Division, and will be based in Mountain View, CA. DeValle will report to John Miller, Executive Vice President and Agency Manager for the Hub Mountain View, California office.
Prior to joining Hub, DeValle was affiliated with Wells-Fargo Insurance Services Employee Benefits Consultancy in San Francisco where he served as a benefits consultant and broker for 17 years. DeValle joined Wells-Fargo as a result of the acquisition of Acordia Insurance Services by Wells-Fargo in 1995. DeValle had been with Acordia for almost twenty years prior to the acquisition and served dual roles as a benefits consultant and location manager.

DeValle is a graduate of Middlebury College in Middlebury, Vermont. He has attained both Chartered Life Underwriter and Chartered Financial Consultant designations from the American College in Bryn Mar, Pennsylvania. He is licensed in life and health insurance in all fifty states as well as possessing Series 6, 63 and 65 licenses from the NASD. DeValle is also a Registered Investment Advisor.
