Rep. Ruiz Introduces Bill to Exempt Small Businesses Experiencing Hardship on Employer Health Insurance Mandate

WASHINGTON, Sept. 25 -- Rep. Raul Ruiz, D-Calif., has introduced legislation (H.R. 5651) to "provide an exemption to the employer health insurance mandate for small businesses which are experiencing hardship."

The bill was introduced on Sept. 18.

The legislation was referred to the House Ways and Means Committee.
