April 07--Putnam County Common Pleas Court

Dispositions/March 31

Carl S. Dugger, 67, 17248 Road 12Q, Columbus Grove, was sentenced to 18 months in prison for two counts gross sexual imposition. The sentence was ordered to be served concurrently and he was given credit for 114 days served. Another count was dismissed.

Victor R. Magallanes, 25, 54 Liberty St., Leipsic, was sentenced to 12 months in prison for trafficking in drugs. He was given credit for three days served and the sentence was ordered to be served consecutive to his Wood County case. His driver's license was suspended for five years.

Decoda A. Blake, 26, 24654 Bowman Road, Defiance, was granted judicial release and transferred to the WORTH Center for treatment. She must obtain employment upon her release and placed on five years community control. She was convicted of failure to comply with order or signal of police officer.

Ted A. Hart 52, 418 Ottawa St., Kalida, pleaded guilty to gross sexual imposition. He faces up to 18 months in prison and $5,000 in fines. Bond was continued while a pre-sentence investigation is conducted with sentencing set for 11:15 a.m.May 8. Another count was dismissed.

Justin J. Fulmer, 26, 35 S. Belmore St., West Leipsic, pleaded guilty to trafficking in drugs. He faces up to 18 months in prison and $5,000 in fines and six-months to five years license suspension. Bond was continued while a pre-sentence investigation is conducted with sentencing set for 9:30 a.m.May 29. He was originally charged with two counts trafficking in marijuana and trafficking in marijuana with specification.

Gabriel Mata, 33, 8753 Road O, Ottawa, pleaded guilty to trafficking in drugs. He faces up to 18 months in prison and $5,000 in fines and six-months to five years license suspension. Bond was continued while a pre-sentence investigation is conducted with sentencing set for 1 p.m.May 14. He was originally charged with two counts trafficking in marijuana.

Amanda M. Hiegel, 26, 35 S. Belmore St., West Leipsic, pleaded guilty to attempted trafficking in drugs. She faces up to six months in jail and $1,000 in fines. Bond was continued while a pre-sentence investigation is conducted with sentencing set for 9 a.m.May 29.

The Huntington National Bank, Columbus, was granted a foreclosure against Craig A. Wilkowski, Cloverdale, in the amount of $1,014.88 plus interest and costs.

Anna Paso-Tero, Leipsic, and Antonio Paso-Tero, Toledo, were granted a dissolution of marriage. They were married April 5, 2005, and have two children.

April 1

Alberto Gutierrez, Jr., 39, 301 Liberty St., Ada, charged with drug abuse/possession, a felony, bound over to common pleas court.

Tiffany Hites, 29, 212 S. Elm St., Columbus Grove, pleaded guilty to an amended charge of persistent disorderly conduct. Sentence: 30 days jail, suspended, $100 fine, one year probation, completion of assessment at Pathways Counseling Center or equivalent agency.

April 3

Brian T. Stechschulte, 35, 10130 Elida Road, Delphos, pleaded no contest to passing bad checks. Sentence: 30 days jail, suspended, $100 fine, and restitution of $1,110.
