. Earl Devaney, Chairman, Recovery Accountability and Transparency will be delivering a keynote at the September 12-13, 2011 Conference. Mr. Devaney is a veteran public official dedicated to accountability and transparency in government and heads the Recovery Board which is responsible for monitoring all stimulus package spending for fraud, waste, and abuse.

On June 13, 2011, President Obama signed an executive order titled “Delivering an Efficient, Effective and Accountable Government” and named Devaney to head the 11-member Oversight and Accountability Board.
