Consumer Health Network Plus, LLC (CHN PPO) today announced that Plymouth Rock Management Company of New Jersey will access its URAC-accredited network of over 125,000 health care provider locations.

Under the new agreement, auto medical liability clients of Plymouth Rock and its affiliates will have the opportunity to benefit from the CHN preferred provider network. Insurance companies represented by Plymouth Rock include High Point Property and Casualty Insurance Company, Teachers Auto Insurance Company of New Jersey, Palisades Safety and Insurance Association, and their affiliates.

CHN PPO is a certified Organized Delivery System (ODS) in the state of New Jersey and offers health care services across the country through a network of PPO affiliates.
