When Ms. O'Connor joined Patriot in 2008 as an HR Manager there were 125 employees nationwide. Since that time, she has on boarded almost 400 employees, growing the company to over 500 and opening 4 new offices nationwide. Prior to being promoted to Vice President, Ms. O'Connor held the position of Human Resources Director from 2010 until present.
