Lititz -based ELA Group Inc. named Lawrence L. Lawyer II a senior project manager with its civil/municipal engineering department. He is a professional engineer with more than 40 years of experience, most recently as vice president of Delta Development Group Inc. He has a BS in civil engineering from Penn State University.

Middletown-based Raudenbush Engineering Inc. named Rick Deitch a survey and computer-aided design and drafting technician with its survey division. He has nearly 27 years of survey experience. Jesse White was named a survey crew chief. He has more than 13 years of experience and is also a veteran of the Iraq War. Sean Fernandez was named a site/civil designer with the site planning and land development group. He is an engineerin-training and has an associate degree from Antelope Valley College and a bachelor's degree in civil engineering from Penn State University.

Murphy & Dittenhafer of York named Matthew Dietrich, Courtney Horst, Danielle Larash, Jennifer Moll, Patrick Ness and David Ritter architects. Dietrich is interested in adaptive reuse, as well as the relationship between building and landscape. He has a bachelor of architecture degree from Philadelphia University. Horst was employed with MM Architects in Lancaster. She focuses on using a space, material or component in a different way to gain an unexpected use or experience. She has an architecture degree from Virginia Tech. Larash is a member of the architectural design team. She was employed with Urban Design Group in Baltimore. ASSOCIATIONS

York - based Mantec named Kent Keller a business adviser for Lancaster County. He will help manufacturers identify, prioritize and implement business improvements. He has 21 years of experience, seven of them with the association.

East Pennsboro Township-based Pennsylvania Association of Elementary and Secondary School Principals named Joseph H. Clapper assistant executive director. Prior to retirement, he was superintendent of Quaker Valley School District in Allegheny County. He has more than 30 years of experience, including having been a high school and elementary principal. He also was an assistant professor of education with Lebanon Valley College and a field experience coordinator and staff development instructor with Penn State University. He has a BS in education and a master's degree in educational administration from Shippensburg University and a doctorate of education in curriculum and instruction from Penn State.

Lebanon-based Lebanon Valley Chamber of Commerce named Gregory D. Buckler president and CEO. He also will be president of the Lebanon Valley Chamber Foundation. He was vice president of membership with the Maryland Chamber of Commerce and a campaign manager with the Maryland Senate. He has a BS from West Virginia University and an MBA and an MS in nonprofit and association management from the University of Maryland University College.

Lower Paxton Township-based Centric Bank named Terrence M. Monteverde senior vice president and chief credit officer. He has more than 26 years of financial experience as a credit analyst with MidAtlantic Farm Credit ACA, a chief credit officer with Mid Penn Bank and a vice president and manager of asset quality and loan review with Metro Bank. He has a bachelor's degree in accounting from Washington and Jefferson College and an MBA from Lebanon Valley College.

LeTort Trust named Debra A. Smith director of operations and compliance. She will oversee trust operations and manage the compliance program. She has more than 20 years of trust operations and compliance experience. She was employed with PNC Bank.

Jonestown-based Jonestown Bank & Trust Co. named Rick Rollman vice president of lending. He will lead the commercial lending team. He was vice president of the commercial lending group. He has a BS in finance from Penn State University.

San Francisco-based Wells Fargo & Co. named Franco Mazza manager of its Lancaster South district, which includes stores in Lancaster and York counties. He was a Wells Fargo store manager in Colorado. He has a degree in business administration from the University of Phoenix.

CONSTRUCTION

East Hempfield Township-based Warfel Construction named Conlan Swope assistant manager of operations. He will help oversee field employees and operations, as well as continue as a project manager. He has a BS in civil engineering from Penn State University. Dale Shenk was named a senior project manager.

Landscape contractor Arborist Enterprises Inc. of Rapho Township named Chad Mader a representative. He will recommend tree, shrub and lawn care services for residential and commercial customers. He was a plant health care specialist and office safety coordinator with Bartlett Tree Experts in Maryland. He has an associate degree in forestry from Pennsylvania College of Technology.

East Lampeter Township-based High Concrete Group LLC named J. Phoenix Rann vice president of operations. He will oversee plants in Lancaster County and Ohio, as well as capacity and capital planning. He was a plant manager. He has a bachelor's degree in general engineering from the U.S. Military Academy at West Point and an MBA from Marquette University. Affiliate High Construction Co. named Justin E. Wingenfield a project manager. He was an assistant project manager. He is an engineer-in-training and has a bachelor's degree in architectural engineering and construction management from Penn State University.

Millersville University named Nancy Pruskowski associate vice president for finance and administration. She was executive director of budget and internal audit with Bucks County Community College. She has a bachelor's degree in business administration from the State University of New York and an MBA from Villanova University.

Derry Township-based Milton Hershey School named Peter G. Gurt president. He was senior vice president and chief operating officer. He also is a Milton Hershey graduate and president of the alumni campus advisory board. He has a bachelor of business administration degree from Temple University and a master of education degree from Penn State University. John Estey, who was interim president, will continue as executive vice president of administration with Hershey Trust Co.

York College named Karin Swartz assistant director of the York College Fund. She was a legislative assistant to state Rep. Kevin Schreiber and a resident director with the school. She has a bachelor's degree from Ursinus College and a master's degree in higher education from the University of Pennsylvania.

Harrisburg-based PinnacleHealth System named Dr. Michael Cordas a primary care sports medicine physician with PinnacleHealth Sports Medicine. He also is medical director of the primary care sports medicine fellowship program. He was the team physician for Penn State University's football and wrestling teams.

INSURANCE

Harrisburg-based Millers Mutual named Donald W. Manley vice president of underwriting. He was employed with Westfield and Old Guard Insurance. He has three decades of experience in underwriting strategy, ratemaking, profitability management, training and staff development.

Springettsbury Township-based McConkey Insurance & Benefits named Michelle E. Barwick program administrator of the Pennsylvania Builders Association's workers' compensation program and the Pennsylvania Association of Rehabilitation Facilities insurance dividend trust. She also is a select/bond client service agent. She has a BS in business administration from York College.

York Townshipbased Glatfelter Insurance Group named Shawn Yingling president of its health care practice division. He also is president of the religious practice division. He has a bachelor's degree from Penn State University. Sue Federinko was named a sales executive and senior vice president with the health care sales team. She will handle relationships with top producers and oversee the territory east of the Mississippi.

York-based Moxie Design and Marketing named Janell Fisher a senior account executive. She has 11 years of experience, most recently as a regional volunteer and youth specialist with American Red Cross. She also was employed with the Strand-Capitol Performing Arts Center, York County Convention and Visitors Bureauand Girl Scouts in the Heart of Pennsylvania. She has a BA in English from Elon University.

Manheim Township-based LMS Commercial Real Estate named Brianne Lindstrom a leasing administrative assistant with its York office. She was a photographer for a residential real estate agent and she has a BA in communication from Penn State University.

Wormleysburg-based NAI CIR named Kathy M. Monte a commercial real estate sales agent. She has seven years of experience in commercial real estate, including a previous stint with NAI CIR.

Manor Township-based Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Homesale Realty named Judy Fogleman a residential real estate agent with its Hershey office. Kristi Kimes and Kristen Paules were named agents with the Elizabethtown office. Kimes has an associate degree in architectural technology from Thaddeus Stevens College of Technology. York-based Doceo Office Solutions and Doceo Creative named Angie Morthland vice president of sales for Lancaster County. She has 25 years of experience with Nextel, The Perform Group and Stauffer Biscuit Co.
