East Pennsboro Township-based Gannett Fleming named Robert H. Weidner a senior mechanical engineer and director of its health care engineering and services group. He is a professional engineer with more than 30 years of experience. He has a bachelor of architectural engineering degree from Penn State University. Thomas B. Pursel was named director of the construction management division and David W. Weiss Jr. was named deputy director. Pursel is a vice president and manages water resource, dam and facility construction projects. Weiss is a leader of the environmental construction management section and responsible for water and wastewater business development nationwide. Both are professional engineers with civil engineering degrees from Lehigh University.

Rochester, N.Y.-based Erdman Anthony named Adam P. Nelson a geospatial spatial technologist with its geospatial group in Silver Spring Township. He has a BA in sociology from the University of Pittsburgh and an MS in geography from Indiana University of Pennsylvania.

Prior to joining PNC in 2008, he was president and CEO of Bank of Lancaster County and Sterling Financial Trust Co. He has a bachelor's degree in economics from Millersville University. William O'Leary was named a senior relationship manager with the downtown York office. He has 25 years of financial experience, most recently as a wealth management regional sales manager with Susquehanna Bank. He has a bachelor's degree from Catholic University of America and an MBA from Wilmington College. Anthony Introna was named a banking adviser with the downtown York office. He was manager of the Centerville branch. Previously, he owned Jessmarc PC, a York accounting and tax firm. He has a bachelor's degree in accounting from St. Peter's College in New Jersey. Becky Delia was named corporate banking market manager for Central Pennsylvania She joined the company in 1990 as a management trainee and has held a variety of positions. She has a bachelor's degree from Indiana University of Pennsylvania and a master's degree in international management from the American Graduate School of International Management.

Carroll Township-based RLS Construction Group named Jacob Bosley a project manager. He has nine years of construction management experience in commercial and industrial construction. Ellie Strickler was named a project administrator. She has 10 years of experience in construction and administrative support and will assist the project managers.

HEALTH CARE

York-based Aligning Forces for Quality-South Central PA, a collaboration of York and Adams county health care stakeholders, named Samantha Obeck quality improvement coordinator. She began her nursing career with the U.S. Army Reserve and has worked as a nurse for IHS Home Care, Memorial Hospital and WellSpan Health. She also has taught at Hanover Hospital, York College, Memorial Hospital and Eastern Mennonite University. She has a BS and an MS in nursing and a doctorate of nursing practice from York College.

INSURANCE

Ephrata-based Douple Agency Inc. named Katie Zoll clerical support and receptionist. She will oversee administrative duties. Beth A. colagreco was named a customer service agent trainee, primarily with the personal lines division. She has a medical assistance degree and several years of banking experience.

MARKETING

Swatara Township-based JPL named Nicholas Lucente a digital marketing analyst. His responsibilities will include digital marketing campaigns, social media reporting and monitoring, search engine optimization and content marketing programs. He was a brand manager with Varsity and an account executive with Richoh. He has a BS in marketing from the University of Scranton. Angeline Usewicz was named a project coordinator with the learning solutions team. She will develop online and blended learning programs. She was a training specialist with Schoolwires. She has a BS in applied behavioral sciences and a master of education degree in training and development from Penn State Harrisburg. Ashley Doherty was named a billing and collections specialist. She was an estimating coordinator with FMS Construction Co. and an executive assistant with ATF Fitness Products.

REAL ESTATE

Manor Township-based Prudential Homesale Services Group named Katie Swiglo a residential sales associate with the Dallastown office of Prudential Bob Yost Homesale Services. She has a BS in elementary education from York College. Walt Wensel was named a sales associate and a team director of operations with the East York office. He was abroker and owner and has 10 years of real estate sales experience. Pat Turk was named an associate broker. She has 30 years of real estate experience. Michael Ratcliffe was named a residential sales associate. He is a veteran of the U.S. Air Force. Michael Hoke and Dave Holman were named residential sales associates with the West York office. Hoke has seven years of real estate experience and more than 30 years of retail experience, as well as a BS from Delaware Valley College. Holman has 15 years of property management experience. Barb Strausbaugh was named a residential sales associate with the Hanover office. She has experience in property management.

RETAIL

East Lampeter Township-based Hair Direct named Tonya Leonard, Lori Loperfido, Nicole Mumma and Kourtney Thalheimer customer support hair technicians. They will consult with clients via phone, webcam or online chat, place orders and handle customer service. Loperfido has 30 years of experience, most recently with Ultimate Image Salon in Mountville. Mumma has six years of experience and was employed with The Hair Co.Amelia Weyandt was named a sales hair technician. She will consult with clients and handle customer accessory orders. She has eight years of experience and was employed with Great Clips. Karen Burnish, Megan Jones and Krystal singer were named retail center hair technicians. They will assist clients at the in-house salon with attachment, removal, cleaning, styling and maintenance. Burnish has more than 15 years of experience, and Jones and Singer each have 10 years of experience.
