ARCHITECTURE/ENGINEERING

East Pennsboro Township-based Gannett Fleming named Robert H. Weidner a senior mechanical engineer and director of its health care engineering and services group. He is a professional engineer with more than 30 years of experience. He has a bachelor of architectural engineering degree from Penn State University. Thomas B. Pursel was named director of the construction management division and David W. Weiss Jr. was named deputy director. Pursel is a vice president and manages water resource, dam and facility construction projects. Weiss is a leader of the environmental construction management section and responsible for water and wastewater business development nationwide. Both are professional engineers with civil engineering degrees from Lehigh University.

Rochester, N.Y.-based Erdman Anthony named Adam P. Nelson a geospatial spatial technologist with its geospatial group in Silver Spring Township. He has a BA in sociology from the University of Pittsburgh and an MS in geography from Indiana University of Pennsylvania.

Carroll Township-based RLS Construction Group named Jacob Bosley a project manager. He has nine years of construction management experience in commercial and industrial construction. Ellie Strickler was named a project administrator. She has 10 years of experience in construction and administrative support and will assist the project managers.
