Orange County Real Estate Expert Steven Thomas Joins Advantage Title, Inc.’s Sales Division
Talented industry sales leader, author and regional housing statistics authority adds depth and experience to Orange County division of fast-growing title insurance company
IRVINE, Calif. — May 2, 2011 — Advantage Title, a leading provider of technically advanced title insurance and escrow services powered by Title365, announced today the appointment of <strong>Steven Thomas to its Orange County sales team. As a core member of the Orange County sales division, Thomas will facilitate business development activities and drive sales to generate revenue in the region.
As a third generation real estate professional, Thomas boasts more than 20 years of proven experience building and leading teams through complex sales cycles and creating high-value solutions for clients. Before joining Advantage Title, Thomas served as Executive Vice President for Altera Real Estate and RE/MAX Real Estate Services where he successfully led a multi-office sales company managing daily operations of more than 450 sales consultants, 13 offices and 75 employees. His management and sales experience played an integral part in the brokerage achieving status as one of nation’s top 100 brokerages.
Thomas is considered an expert in Orange County real estate housing trends, writing a bi-weekly report titled “The Orange County Housing Report.” He is often quoted in the Orange County Register and Los Angeles Times and has been interviewed by major television network and radio news programs.

Thomas graduated from the University of California, San Diego with a degree in Quantitative Economics and Decision Sciences. He currently serves on the Orange County Association of REALTORS® (OCAR) as chair of the Media Task Force and had been a director for several years.
