He was a Central Pennsylvania marketing director with Jack Gaughen Realtor ERA, an advertising coordinator with Graystone Tower Bank and a promotions director with Clear Channel Radio.

Harrisburg-based Goodwill Keystone Area named Tanya Collier purchasing and sustainability coordinator. She will purchase equipment and supplies and oversee efforts to make Goodwill a greener organization. She was a merchandising manager with Eco-lifestyle. Before that, she had a career in the fashion design and styling industry. She has a degree in retail and business management from the Art Institute of York. Robert Reiter was named the manager of the Shrewsbury Goodwill store and donation center. He was manager of a U-Haul repair shop, and he owned a car and trailer hitch rentals business in Baltimore for 17 years. He is a veteran of the U.S. Navy.

Millersville Community Parade named Andrew T. Scheid grand marshal of its Halloween parade last month. He is founder of Andrew T. Scheid Funeral Home and a longtime supporter of the parade.

Harrisburg-based HACC Foundation named Kenneth R. Shutts a board member. He is president and CEO of Penn National Insurance. He has an associate degree in criminal science from Harrisburg Area Community College, a bachelor's degree in social science from Penn State University and a law degree from the University of Baltimore School of Law.
