Hanover-based Rager, Lehman & Houck PC named Sherry M. Cracium- Bolin a principal. She has extensive experience in tax compliance work, planning and management advisory. She is a certified public accountant and has a BS in accounting from York College.

Wormleysburg-based Harrisburg Academy named Jill Kusic president of its board of trustees. Seth Mendelsohn was named vice president, Keith Clark treasurer and Ellen Caldwell secretary. Stephanie Balmer, Elizabeth McInnis Benito, Helen Colvin (class of 1980), Catherine Gebauer ('84), Julie Halbert, Javier Idrovo, Tom Kirchhoff, Christopher Latta, Martha Levine, John Micek, William E. Miller Jr., Mark Parsells ('78), David Remmel, Robert Sheker, Jean Sorem, Rebecca Stevenson ('89), Addison Taliaferro Jr. and Ben Wootton were named trustees. Jackie Stabach was named faculty representative, and Jennifer Coyl was named Parents Association representative.

Health care

Derry Township-based Penn State College of Medicine named Donald L. Gill chairman of the department of cellular and molecular physiology. He was a professor and chairman of the department of biochemistry with Temple University School of Medicine. He also was a faculty member with the University of Maryland School of Medicine for 25 years and was a visiting professor with the department of biological chemistry at the Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine.

Law

Pittsburgh-based Buchanan Ingersoll & Rooney named Kyle J. Meyer an associate with its Harrisburg litigation section. He will concentrate his practice on commercial and appellate litigation. He has a BA in political science and international relations from the University of Delaware and a law degree from Widener University School of Law.

Manor Township-based Harmon & Davies PC named Jeffrey C. Bright an associate. He will focus on civil litigation and construction and real estate disputes. He was an associate attorney with Stock and Leader. He has a bachelor's degree from Franklin & Marshall College and a law degree from Thomas Jefferson School of Law.

Lobbying

Capital Associates Inc. named Andrew J. Ritter Jr. a senior associate. He has more than eight years of public service experience, most recently as Gov. Tom Corbett's executive deputy secretary for legislative affairs, where he was a liaison between the General Assembly and the Governor's Office.

Manufacturing

Lancaster-based Armstrong World Industries Inc. named Thomas Mangas CEO of Armstrong Flooring Products. He was chief financial officer. David Schulz was named CFO. He was vice president of finance with Armstrong Building Products. Previously, he was employed with Procter & Gamble and the J.M. Smucker Co.

Marketing

York-based Moxie Design and Marketing named Casey Rohrbaugh an account coordinator. She will assist with strategic marketing plans in traditional and new media. She was an event and sales execution coordinator with Brewery Products Co. and a special events coordinator for a local advertising firm. She has a bachelor's degree in public relations with minors in advertising and speech communications from York College. Kyle Heidlebaugh was named a new-business development manager. He has more than 10 years of sales experience and a bachelor's degree in business from York College.

York-based Campbell, Harrington & Brear Advertising Agency named Michael Fagan director of media strategies. He will oversee traditional media strategies, as well as Internet and mobile marketing programs. He was a Central Pennsylvania marketing director with Jack Gaughen Realtor ERA, an advertising coordinator with Graystone Tower Bank and a promotions director with Clear Channel Radio.

Nonprofit

Harrisburg-based Goodwill Keystone Area named Tanya Collier purchasing and sustainability coordinator. She will purchase equipment and supplies and oversee efforts to make Goodwill a greener organization. She was a merchandising manager with Eco-lifestyle. Before that, she had a career in the fashion design and styling industry. She has a degree in retail and business management from the Art Institute of York. Robert Reiter was named the manager of the Shrewsbury Goodwill store and donation center. He was manager of a U-Haul repair shop, and he owned a car and trailer hitch rentals business in Baltimore for 17 years. He is a veteran of the U.S. Navy.

Millersville Community Parade named Andrew T. Scheid grand marshal of its Halloween parade last month. He is founder of Andrew T. Scheid Funeral Home and a longtime supporter of the parade.

Harrisburg-based HACC Foundation named Kenneth R. Shutts a board member. He is president and CEO of Penn National Insurance. He has an associate degree in criminal science from Harrisburg Area Community College, a bachelor's degree in social science from Penn State University and a law degree from the University of Baltimore School of Law.

Real estate

Hampden Township-based Keller Williams of Central PA named Fred Prestine, Judy Umbleby, Dan Zito, Mike Zito and Andrea Christiansen sales associates.

Manor Township-based Prudential Homesale Services Group named <person>Michelle Outen and Jennifer Schaaf residential sales associates with the Shrewsbury office of Prudential Bob Yost Homesale Services. Outen has four years of real estate experience; Schaaf has 15 years of sales experience.

Staffing

Swatara Township-based Abel Personnel Inc. named Marion Adams a pre-employment recruiter. She was employed in recruiting and staffmanagement with Hershey Entertainment and Resorts, and before that with Sheraton Corp.

Technology

Lancaster-based ConnectedSign LLC named Allison Blair a customer experience coordinator. She will focus on customer support and project management. She was a workshop trainer with Apple in Lancaster. She has a bachelor's degree in psychology from Alvernia University.
