Accounting

Myerstown-based Larry Rabold CPA named Derek Rabold an accountant. He is a certified public accountant and was an auditor with a regional firm in Reading for eight years. He has planned, reviewed and supervised audit engagements, along with financial statement reviews and compilations. He also assisted with business tax preparation. He is a graduate of Shippensburg University.

Architecture/ engineering

York-based Carney Engineering Group named Kerri Robinson an executive assistant. Her responsibilities will include administrative tasks relating to projects, accounting and office management. She was a senior administrative assistant with Anesthesia Associates of York. Sean Mummert was named a structural engineer. He will assist with the design and preparation of construction documents for clients. He has a BS in civil engineering from Penn State Harrisburg.

York-based Site Design Concepts Inc. named Corey I. Fuhrer a computer- assisted drafting designer. He has more than 12 years of experience and will handle computer-aided drafting and design work.

York-based Core-Design Group LLC named Shane Groffan architectural designer. He has more than 12 years of professional experience in all phases of architectural design and construction. He was an Aut°CAD/Revit instructor and adjunct faculty member with Harrisburg Area Community College.

He will develop relationships and mentor employees. He has more than 20 years of experience, most recently as a regional retail manager with Mid Penn Bank. He has a bachelor's degree from Bloomsburg University.

Camp Hill-based Conte Wealth Advisors LLC named James H. Mitchell and Alison Bach financial advisers. Mitchell has more than 20 years of financial-planning experience. He is a U.S. Navy veteran and has a master's degree in education from Penn State University. Bach has more than four years of experience and dual degrees in finance and marketing from the University of Pittsburgh.

Mount Joy-based Union Community Bank named Catharine E. Krugh senior vice president and chief financial officer. She has 15 years of experience and was vice president and controller. She has a BS in accounting and finance from Juniata College and an MBA from Penn State University.

West Earl Township-based Benchmark Construction Co. Inc. named Joseph Wysock a project manager. He was an assistant project manager. He has an associate degree in carpentry from Thaddeus Stevens College of Technology and a bachelor's degree in construction management from Pennsylvania College of Technology. Shawn O'Connell was named a project superintendent. He was an assistant superintendent. Zach Houseal was named an assistant project manager. He will coordinate field and administrative activities. He was a receiving associate with School Specialty Inc. He has a BA in economics and philosophy.

Chambersburg-based Summit Health named Dr. Tiffany Morton a physician with affiliate Summit Endocrinology. She has an interest in thyroid problems and diabetes treatments.

Springettsbury Township-based Mc- Conkey Insurance & Benefits named Karla Galetti a human resources assistant with its administration department. Joshuah R. Eberly was named a select/ bond client service agent. He has a bachelor's degree in business administration and a minor in hospitality marketing from York College of Pennsylvania.

Manufacturing

Manheim Township-based The Cope Company Salt named Heather Leininger marketing coordinator. She has experience in marketing, search engine optimization, search engine marketing, Web design and graphic design, and will oversee the firm's marketing and advertising.

Nonprofit

Carlisle-area based Central Pennsylvania Youth Ballet named Brigette Plummer relationship manager. She will focus on donor engagement and fundraising events. She has 10 years of customer service and marketing experience, most recently as an account services manager with the Partnership of Packer, Oesterling & Smith Inc. in Harrisburg.

York Township-based York Jewish Community Center named Melissa Plotkin director of diversity and organizational development. She will provide programs and training to schools and businesses on diversity-related issues. She has nearly nine years of experience as an educator with the Victim Assistance Center & Access- York. She is a graduate of Elizabethtown College. Jess Clough was named director of school-age child care. She has eight years of child care administration experience and was a head teacher. Previously, she taught in York City School District.
