ASSOCIATIONS

Catholic Business and Professionals Association of York, which supports Catholic schools in the York deanery and other nonprofit organizations, elected Donna Giberti president and Daniel Crerand president-elect. Giberti is director of development with Yorkbased St. Patrick Catholic School and also is employed with Cianfichi Scholl Ludwig Architects. Crerand is president of Family Health Apothecary Inc.

Lancaster Bar Association named Melvin E. Newcomer of Kluxen & Newcomer president, Jeffrey P. Ouellet of Hartman Underhill & Brubaker LLP president-elect, Judge Jay J. Hoberg of Lancaster County Court of Common Pleas vice president and Terry A. Warco of High Industries Inc. treasurer. Daneen Miller-Smith, a custody conference officer and divorce master, was named secretary. Mark Fetterman of the Lancaster County District Attorney's Office, Eric S. Rothermel of Appel & Yost LLP and Shawnee Soto-Ortiz of Pyfer Reese Straub Gray & Farhat PC were named delegates-at-large. Jeffrey A. Mills of Nikolaus & Hohenadel was named chairman of the LBA Foundation; Jennifer V. Zuidema of Fulton Financial Corp. was named chairwoman of the Young Lawyers section; and Laura C. Tallarico of Homestead Village Inc. was named chairwoman of the long-range planning committee. Sole practitioner Patricia L. Dunlevy Williams was named immediate past president; and Julie Myers Cooper of Gingrich Smith Klingensmith & Dolan was named chairwoman of the Lancaster Law Review.

BANKING/FINANCE

Upper Allen Township-based Members 1st Federal Credit Union named Rebecca Kephart manager of its Strawberry Square branch. She was an assistant manager with the Derry Street branch. Michael Fedash and Andrew Mackay were named investment consultants. Fedash has more than 10 years of experience, including corporate finance, risk mitigation and quality control, a bachelor's degree in finance from Lehigh University and an MBA from Penn State University. Mackay was a financial adviser with UFinancial Group. He has a bachelor's degree in neuropsychology from Penn State.

GOVERNMENT

Pennsylvania eHealth Partnership Authority named Alexandra Goss executive director. She was a health information technology coordinator and program director for a federal grant that funded implementation of Pennsylvania's electronic health information exchange. She has more than 20 years of experience developing national health care standards, implementing federal regulations and integrating health care operations.

LAW

Harrisburg-based McNees Wallace & Nurick elected Jonathan D. Andrews, Stephanie Carfley, Frank P. Darr, Scott E. Elisar, Giuseppina G. McCarthy and J. Corey Reeder members of the firm. Andrews and McCarthy are part of the real estate group. Andrews focuses on land use and is a graduate of Penn State University and Dickinson School of Law. McCarthy focuses on commercial real estate and is a graduate of St. Joseph's University and Dickinson School of Law. Carfley is based in the Lancaster and State College offices and is part of the litigation and injunction groups. She is a graduate of Bucknell University and the University of Pittsburgh School of Law. Darr and Elisar are based in the Columbus, Ohio, office and practice in the energy, communications and utility law practice group. Previously, Darr was an assistant attorney general with the Public Utilities Commission of Ohio, legal director for the Ohio Consumers' Counsel and an associate professor with Ohio State University'sCollege of Business. He is a graduate of the University of Akron and Ohio State. Elisar has more than 20 years of legal experience. He is a graduate of Ohio University and Capital University Law School. Reeder is based in the State College office and part of the asset planning and federal taxation, business counseling, oil and gas and real estate groups. He has a bachelor's degree from Lafayette College and a law degree from the University of Virginia.

Harrisburg-based Rhoads & Sinon LLP named Jonathan W. Cox and John R. Martin partners. Cox is a member of the municipal finance group and a graduate of Dickinson College and Dickinson School of Law. Martin is a member of the business litigation, employment and labor, and sports and entertainment groups and a graduate of Penn State and Dickinson Law.

Pittsburgh-based Buchanan Ingersoll & Rooney named Aaron Jackson a shareholder with the estates and trusts practice in its Harrisburg office. He was employed with Tucker Arensberg PC. He has a law degree from Dickinson School of Law. Kristen Lieb was named an associate with the practice. She also was employed with Tucker Arensberg. She has an MBA and a law degree from Pepperdine University.

Lancaster-based Hartman Underhill & Brubaker LLC named Glen Shikunov an associate. He will focus on real estate, zoning and land use, and business services. He has a BA in political science from Loyola University of Chicago and a law degree from University of Pittsburgh.

LOBBYING

Duane Morris Government Strategies LLC named Ronald C. Boston a senior Pennsylvania government affairs manager with its Harrisburg office. He was a member of Harrisburg Mayor Eric Papenfuse's transition team, a legislative director with the Pennsylvania Department of Community and Economic Development and executive director of the Northeast Delegation, a group of state lawmakers from northeastern Pennsylvania. He has a bachelor's degree in political science from Dickinson College and a master's degree in public administration from Penn State University.

MANUFACTURING

North York-based Perform Group LLC named Tia Orlando, Shelby Prunty and Adrienne Putrow relationship managers for its Alpha Factor gymnastics clothing line. They all are experienced gymnasts. Orlando will work in California, Nevada, Utah and Arizona. She has a bachelor's degree in communications from Arizona State University. Prunty will work in Illinois, Indiana, Kentucky, Michigan, Ohio and Tennessee. She has a bachelor's degree in sport administration commerce from Louisiana State University. Putrow will work in Alabama, Florida, Georgia, Mississippi, Louisiana, North Carolina and South Carolina. She also is a team director with Brown's Gymnastics in Florida. She has a bachelor's degree in international studies from Loyola University of Chicago.

MARKETING

Lancaster-based Godfrey named Amy Wagner a public relations account manager. She will manage public relations programs, including media relations, project management, program development and strategy. She was a public relations associate account manager. She has a BS in speech communication and public relations from Millersville University. Wesley Schmidt was named a public relations associate account manager. He will coordinate public relations activities, including media relations, program analytics and writing and editing projects. He was a public relations coordinator. He also has a BS in speech communication and public relations from Millersville.

MEDIA

Comcast Spotlight named Jackie Cox a local sales manager with its Chamber sburg sales team. She has more than 12 years of sales and management experience in print advertising, most recently as advertising director of the Carlisle Sentinel.

Swatara Township-based WITF elected Justin Weber chairman and William Lehr Jr. vice chairman. Weber is a partner with the Harrisburg office of Pepper Hamilton LLP and focuses on commercial litigation. Lehr is chairman of Capital BlueCross. Michael Breslin, Liz Habecker, Darcel Kimble, Kathy King, James White and Matthew Zieger were named to the board. Breslin is chief operating officer of NHS Human Services. Habecker is a community volunteer and has a degree in mathematics and accounting from the University of Richmond. Kimble is a former vice president and senior manager with PNC Financial Services Group. She has a BA from Towson University and an MBA from Johns Hopkins University. King is a former teacher and has a BS in elementary and early childhood education from Millersville University and a master's degree in school administration from Western Maryland University. White is head of school and a faculty member with Linden Hall. He has a BS from Birmingham-Southern College and a doctorate in astronomy from Indiana University. Zieger is president and CEO of Team Pennsylvania Foundation.

NONPROFIT

Lower Allen Township-based Diakon Lutheran Social Ministries named Nancy Saidis a board member with its Diakon Lutheran Fund endowment fund board. She is semiretired from The NCS Group Ltd.

Springettsbury Township-based Commuter Services of Pennsylvania named Kandi Fox an employer outreach manager. She will provide information on alternative modes of commuter transportation and solicit employer participation. She was an outreach and programs coordinator. Jessica Bosley and Holly Anderson were named outreach coordinators. Bosley has customer service and marketing communications experience, as well as a BS in psychology from York College. Anderson has experience in customer service and sales and a BS in marketing from York College.

East Lampeter Township-based Junior Achievement of Central Pennsylvania named David Carl development manager. He will build relationships and oversee donor development and stewardship activities. He was a community development officer with the Lancaster campus of Harrisburg Area Community College and a senior director of marketing and communications with the American Heart Association's Great Rivers affiliate. He has a BS and MBA from Penn State University.

OTHER

Harrisburg-based Clark Resources named Steven Morrison a call center manager. He was a customer service representative, trainer and weekend supervisor. He is a four-year veteran of the U.S. Navy and has more than 12 years of insurance experience.
