Experienced attorney Richard E. Davis has worked for a decade in the guts of the insurance industry as a claims representative and pursued a successful law career. Now he’s seeking to further elevate his mediation and arbitration profile after years of establishing himself as an ace litigator in the fields of insurance law, business law, product liability and motor vehicle accidents.

In addition to the Missouri Bar, Davis is admitted to the U.S. District Court Western and Eastern Districts of Missouri, U.S. Court of Appeals 8th Circuit and the U.S. Supreme Court.

Davis has mediated in excess of 350 cases involving personal injury, property damages, business litigation, construction claims, domestic cases, and creditor/debtor issues.

To complement his degrees in Economics and Accounting, Davis studied further and earned a JD from University of Tulsa College of Law where he served as a member of its Law Journal and on its National Moot Court Team.
