Lovemaking After Childbirth Can be Better than Before

PR Newswire Association LLC

LOS ANGELES, Aug. 21, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- Almost one in five women are interested in having "designer vagina" surgery, according to new research, and no wonder.  We've all heard the cliche that having children supposedly damages a couple's sex life. Movies have been made about the topic, countless jokes have been told about it, and locker room conversations have been centered on it.  Although it may be true that raising a child takes enormous time and energy and can be brutal on a couple's schedule, the actual childbirth does not have to be brutal on a woman's sensations or the appearance of her private area. The noted specialists at Beverly Hills Physicians (BHP) believe that, especially with new surgeries such as stem cell vaginal rejuvenation and labial reduction procedures that are more effective than ever, couples can now look forward to having an absolutely fantastic post childbirth sex life.

With vaginal rejuvenation treatments from BHP's experts, patients are able to turn back the clock while enhancing sensation and closeness with their significant other. In most cases, when performing stem cell vaginal rejuvenation, a BHP surgeon will harvest a patient's own fat from elsewhere in the body in order to increase the volume often leading to truly remarkable results. Sometimes performed in tandem with a G-spot magnification – a procedure designed to enhance sexual stimulation – stem cell vaginoplasty or vaginal rejuvenation can lead to both an improved intimate experience and incredibly enhanced self-confidence.

The popularity of these procedures is not surprising. Researchers at the school of psychology at Flinders University in South Australia surveyed 351 women aged between 18 and 69 and found 17 per cent were interested in having labiaplasty. They found 13 per cent of women had received negative comments from romantic partners about the appearance of their genitals, and 19 per cent of women had discussed genital appearance with friends.

This increasingly common procedure adjusts the sizes of the inner and outer labia which surround the vulva. Although many women seek this procedure due to a change in their appearance after childbirth, it is often performed due to a number of very real health and lifestyle problems. These may include labial pain during sexual intercourse, sweating, irritation, and infection. Unusually large labia may also make wearing certain basic articles of clothing – including bathing suits, underwear, pants or jeans – extremely difficult. Labia can vary greatly between women based on age, genetics, ethnicity, and numerous other factors; obviously, attitudes and preferences can vary greatly as well.

Where you go for any surgery makes a great deal of difference. Prior to any procedure at BHP, patients will meet not only with their physicians but also with a compassionate and knowledgeable consultant who can help them through the entire process of obtaining a procedure. When needed, these consultants can set up payment plans for treatments that might not be covered by a patient's insurance.

Our friendly and helpful staffers are waiting for you. The call you make might just be one of the best things you do for yourself this year.
