Lovelace Partners with ikaSystems for Automation of Sales Processes

SOUTHBOROUGH, Mass.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- ikaSystems, a premier provider of enterprise, web-based core administrative solutions for the healthcare payer market, today announced that Lovelace Health Plan, a part of Lovelace Health System of Albuquerque, N.M., has selected ikaSystems to transform mission-critical business processes, including customer relationship management, campaign management, and sales to individuals, families, and groups. Using ikaSystems’ solutions, Lovelace Health Plan expects to grow faster and more cost-effectively through the automation of sales workflows that were previously hampered by cumbersome manual processes and legacy systems. This transformation, which will support Lovelace Health Plan’s growth strategy and retention of more than 180,000 lives, is expected to improve throughput by 30% while reducing administrative costs up to 15% for those lines of business influenced by our new automation tools. Critically, Lovelace Health Plan will use ikaSystems’ solutions to connect with health insurance exchanges – both private and state-sponsored.

Lovelace Health Plan is implementing ikaSystems’ Sales Platforms and ikaCRM. ikaSystems Sales Platforms automate all steps in the sales process, including prospecting, quoting, underwriting, enrollment and ID card generation, speeding the time from lead to close while minimizing internal administrative efforts and cost. Sales staff and brokers obtain immediate quotes for their prospects and clients, quickly tailor and fine-tune plans and programs to fit client needs, and easily illustrate the differences between all plan options — all with a few clicks of a mouse. ikaCRM will enable Lovelace Health Plan to automate lead, campaign, event and literature management processes to improve efficiency and efficacy.
