Lincoln Financial to implement GettingHired’s FastTrackRTW LTD product
Sep 20, 2010 (Datamonitor via COMTEX) -- GettingHired and Lincoln Financial Group have signed an agreement to implement GettingHired's new FastTrackRTW Long Term Disability, or LTD, product.
The FastTrackRTW program aids insurance companies in the short-term disability, long-term disability and workers compensation sectors to manage return-to-work programs. The technology is designed with a set of Section 508 compliant features which provide motivational support and career services tools for the claimant.
Additionally, the proprietary RightMatch technology is used to match a claimant's experience and abilities to a large database of open jobs and a tracking module allows caseworkers to monitor and encourage FastTrackRTW utilization by claimants.
Thomas Capato, CEO of GettingHired, said: "We are very excited to have Lincoln Financial Group become a FastTrackRTW client. It's refreshing to see a prestigious LTD disability leader like the Lincoln Financial Group think outside the box regarding its return-to-work initiatives. We share the common goal of helping people with new limitations return to productive work lives, while at the same time enhancing Lincoln Financial Group's value proposition to its employer customers and positioning them to secure additional LTD business."
