Frick retired from his position as president and chief executive officer of IBC late last year after serving nearly six years in that role and 18 years with the company. He is currently a Vice Chair of the Independence Blue Cross Board of Directors. As CEO, Frick enhanced IBC's standing as a corporate leader in the region and was responsible for spearheading a long-term strategic plan for the company, forming a new senior leadership team and launching key initiatives to achieve the company’s goals.
