Investcorp Appoints Jonathan Joyce Head of Operational Risk for Hedge Funds Group

NEW YORK, April 2, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- Investcorp's New York-based Hedge Funds Group announced today that Jonathan Joyce has joined the firm as Head of Operational Risk for the Hedge Funds Group.

Mr. Joyce has nearly 10 years of hedge fund operations experience and joins Investcorp from FRM Investments LLC, a subsidiary of Man Group Plc, where he most recently served as the Deputy Head of Business Risk.

In his new role with Investcorp, Mr. Joyce will be responsible for monitoring the Hedge Funds Group's operational risk and performing operational due diligence on all current and prospective hedge fund investments. Mr. Joyce reports to Sunil G Nair, Head of Risk for the Hedge Funds Group.

As of December 31, 2013, Investcorp'sHedge Funds Group had approximately $4.8 billion of assets under management, including over $2 billion allocated to the Single Manager Platform, the firm's hedge fund seeding business that was established in 2004.
