Indiana Insurance Commissioner Carol Cutter died Sept. 6, according to an obituary.Cutter was appointed to the role in June 2009 to replace Jim Atterholt. Cutter went on medical leave earlier in the year, and Stephen Robertson was named acting commissioner, Life & Health National Underwriter reported Sept. 9.
