Independent Research Firm Taps DCR Workforce as a Leader in Vendor Management Systems

DCR Workforce, a provider of Vendor Management Systems (VMS) and Managed Services Provider (MSP) solutions, announced that it was among the select companies that Forrester Research, Inc. cited as a leader in Vendor Management Systems in "The Forrester Wave: VMS, Q1 2014" in both the "VMS SOW/Project Capabilities" and "VMS Contingent Capabilities" Wave categories.

According to a release, in this evaluation, which included DCR's VMS system, Smart Track, its top scores were for functionality: CWM/ VMS, usability, and reference results.

In evaluating DCR, the Forrester Report indicated that "DCR Workforce scores highest marks in customer experience" and goes on to say that "Smart Track is solid in SOW/project, and strong in contingent."
