Imperial Structured Settlements Hires Vice President for its Structured Settlements Legal Department
BOCA RATON, Fla.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Imperial Structured Settlements, LLC, is pleased to announce the addition of Anthony Szydlowski as Vice President of Imperial Structured Settlements Legal Department. Imperial Structured Settlements is a leader in the advance funding of structured settlement payment rights and assignable annuities.
Mr. Szydlowski joins Imperial from RenaissanceRe Holdings Ltd., (NYSE: RNR), a Bermuda based reinsurer, where he held the position of Assistant Vice President and Assistant General Counsel. While at RenaissanceRe, he was primarily responsible for securities and general corporate matters. Additionally, Mr. Szydlowski was an associate in the corporate department of the New York office of Akin Gump Strauss Hauer & Feld LLP. Mr. Szydlowski has approximately 10 years of legal experience.
