Imeriti, Inc., Iroquois Group Announce Joint Effort

Companies to Distribute Life Insurance Products to Over 1,800 Property and Casualty Agencies in 37 States

Solana Beach, CA – November 30, 2010 – Today Imeriti, Inc. announced an agreement with Iroquois Group© to make life insurance products available to more than 1,800 property and casualty agencies in 37 states.  Both companies view this arrangement as an opportunity to offer consumers the ultimate one-stop shop when looking to fulfill insurance needs.

Integral to the effort is a commitment by the companies to devote substantial resources to simplified life insurance processes.  The two industry leaders will market and distribute life insurance products, with Iroquois contributing the breadth of its nationwide wholesaling distribution and an in-house life insurance marketing department.

“For some time we have realized that simplifying the life insurance process is the key to future life insurance distribution.  We are convinced that Iroquois’ strength in the property and casualty markets will enable us to distribute product more efficiently nationwide,” said Jacob Stern, Chief Executive Officer of Imeriti, Inc. “Together, we’ll work to deliver a compelling, new experience to insurance customers.”

Iroquois Group and Imeriti share a unique fundamental growth strategy.  Both companies are committed to increasing revenue, profits and agency value for all customers.

“One of the benefits of being a member of the Iroquois Group is the ability to expand revenue sources. Our arrangement with Imeriti opens up a whole new realm of opportunities for our Member Agencies,” said Laurie Branch, president of The Iroquois Group.

Iroquois Life, Inc. will be run by Mark Hendrix and headquartered in Allegany, NY.

“We are honored to be able to form a relationship that revolutionizes life insurance distribution as we know it,” said Brian Schneier, President of Imeriti, Inc. “Iroquois member agencies are used to high quality insurance products, and we look forward to working with them and offering top rated life insurance carriers.”
