ICA Taps Jim Komoszewski as Regional Manager and SVP of Practice Management [Health & Beauty Close – Up]

Investment Centers of America (ICA) has announced the appointment of Jim Komoszewski as regional manager and senior vice president of practice management.

In his new role, ICA said that Komoszewski will oversee the firm's practice management program, which provides tools and resources that help financial advisers improve the efficiency and profitability of their practices.

ICA said that Komoszewski is based at its headquarters in Bismarck, N.D. and will report to Greg Gunderson, president and CEO of ICA. Prior to his current position, he served as first vice president and director of practice management with National Planning Corp., Inc. (NPC), part of the National Planning Holdings (NPH) network. In that role, he created and implemented the Pursuit Program, a platform that offers customized practice management coaching and consulting solutions for financial advisers. Before joining NPC, he was a regional vice president with Jackson National Life Insurance Company (Jackson), where he developed a wholesaling model that is still widely used among the company's sales force.

Komoszewski has 16 years of experience in the financial services industry, serving in both adviser and wholesaler roles. He has authored and published several white papers and articles on practice management in national publications.
