Helen K. Kasper, CPCU, Named President of Polestar Performance Programs, Inc.

Polestar Performance Programs, Inc. ( http://www.gopolestar.com/ ), the nationally recognized leader in performance development and consulting services for the insurance industry today announced the appointment of Helen K. Kasper, CPCU, to President. Prior to joining Polestar, Kasper served as Vice President Regional Distribution for Citizens Insurance.
In a joint announcement, Scott M. Primiano, Founder of Polestar, and Walter R. Bateman, CEO of Polestar, cited Helen's list of accomplishments and contributions within the insurance industry. Mr. Bateman stated that, "Helen's extensive sales management experience and leadership abilities make her the ideal person to lead our company. Expanding our market presence is the highest priority for Polestar Performance Programs and we are very excited to have Helen in this key leadership position."
Scott Primiano added that, "Helen is simply the most talented insurance professional that I have ever met. Her success at designing and implementing strategic sales, marketing, and organizational development initiatives that are both efficient and highly effective is nationally recognized and overshadowed only by her reputation as a dynamic and passionate leader, coach, and mentor within the industry and the community. Prior to joining Polestar, Kasper also served as Marketing Director of Kemper Insurance Chicago. At Kemper she oversaw agency-wide new business, marketing and client-service initiatives.
Ms. Kasper is currently a member of the National Association of Women Business Owners (NAWBO), Sales & Marketing Executives International, the CPCU Society, and the Empowering Women Network (EWN). Ms. Kasper serves on the Advisory Board for The Urban Insurance Partners Institute (UIPI), Polestar Performance Programs, Inc., EWN, and J. Krug & Associates.
Ms. Kasper and her husband Ray have three children and reside in Naperville, Illinois.
