Heffernan Insurance Brokers, an independent insurance brokerage firm in the United States, recently hired Victor L. Fonseca to join its Manhattan office as Vice President, Construction Practice.

According to a release, Fonseca brings over 17 years of insurance experience to Heffernan and has specialized in the contractor insurance and surety industry for over a dozen of those years. He began his career working for several insurance carriers before transitioning to the brokerage community. Fonseca's expertise is in relationship building, training and service.

Fonseca is a graduate of Sacred Heart University in Fairfield, CT, with a bachelor's degree in Business Administration and an associate's degree in Law.
