Greenberg Traurig’s Jeff Smith Co-Authors Three-Volume Treatise Titled “Legal Opinions in Business Transactions”

Jeffrey M. Smith, a shareholder in the Atlanta office of the international law firm Greenberg Traurig LLP, has co-authored with Arthur Norman Field a three-volume treatise titled "Legal Opinions in Business Transactions." The newly published treatise is the -Third Edition.

"Legal Opinions in Business Transactions" provides the principles, information, tools and resource materials for readers to prepare third-party opinion letters more accurately and efficiently. Featuring thorough analysis and sample opinion language, the treatise also includes a new chapter that provides less experienced attorneys with an overview of the principles and procedures involved in preparing opinion letters.
