Fitch Ratings has withdrawn the 'A-' Insurer Financial Strength (IFS) rating of the First American Title Insurance Company of New York. On Sept. 22, 2010, First American Title Insurance Company of New York was merged into First American Title Insurance Company.
No rating action was taken on First American Financial, Inc. or any its other title insurance subsidiaries.
