THE PRE-PROPOSAL SITE VISIT THAT WAS ORIGINALLY SCHEDULED FOR 0900 MST ON TUESDAY, 29 JUNE, 2010, HAS BEEN CHANGED TO 9 AM MONTANA TIME ON 28 JULY 2010. PROPOSAL CLOSING DATE HAS BEEN CHANGED TO 2:00 PM MONTANA TIME ON 9 AUG 2010. PLEASE contact THE CONTRACTING OFFICER AT 406-731-4014 IF YOU HAVE ANY QUESTIONS. See attachments for solicitation details regarding this project. CURRENTLY THERE ARE NO FUNDS AVAILABLE FOR THIS CONTRACT. The Government's obligation under this contract is contingent upon the availability of appropriated funds from which payment for contract purposes can be made. The Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation at any time. This project is for the Repair of the parking lot to building 510 on Malmstrom AFB, (Great Falls) Montana. Work consists of the contractor providing all labor, equipment, transportation, materials, quality control and supervision necessary to, repair the parking lot to include: Demolishing the existing parking lot and reconstruct approximately 6200 Square Yards of new asphalt and base course gravel to include curbing, and lighting.
. This Request for Proposal will be available on or about 29 January 2010. The Request for Proposal will close on or about 2 March 2010. The Performance Period for this project is fifty nine (59) calendar days after receiving the Notice to Proceed. The Notice to Proceed will be issued within 10 days after award. This acquisition is being advertised as Full and Open to both small and large business concerns under the Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration Program. The Request for Proposal will be available by Electronic Transmission only at: http://www.fbo.gov/ [http://www.fbo.gov]. Potential contractors must be currently registered in the Central Contractor Registry to be eligible for award. (See Internet Site: http://ccr.gov/ [http://ccr.gov]. All responsible sources may submit an offer good through 1 May 2010, which shall be considered by the agency. Potential contractors must also be currently registered with ORCA. (See Internet Site: http://orca.bpn.gov/). The magnitude of this project is between $500,000.00 and $1,000,000.00.
