Farmers Insurance Claims Teams Helping Customers in North Texas

GRANBURY, Texas, May 17, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- Farmers Insurance agents and claims representatives are helping customers affected by the storms that struck in North Texas causing damage to homes and properties.

Farmers Texas State Executive Director Jim Swope said that Farmers' claims teams are in full operation helping customers throughout the stricken areas.  "We want all of our customers to know that our goal is to give immediate assistance to those who have suffered damage from these storms," Swope said.

"We have also deployed a Farmers Mobile Customer Claims Bus (MCC), and a Customer Care Vehicle (CCV) to the stricken areas," Swope continued. "Farmers personnel will be at the MCC and CCV to assist our customers with questions or claims to report."
