Heidi Shore has joined Wilkin & Guttenplan, Certified Public Accountants & Consultants as Director of Marketing and Business Development Responsibilities include working with partners and various practice groups at the East Brunswick firm to develop strategic marketing plans, and cultivate business relationships to facilitate expansion.

Stanley J. Morin has joined Florham Park-based Magone & Company, P.C. as a partner. Morin is licensed in New Jersey, York, Pennsylvania and has been in practice more than 35 years. He was managing partner of his own firm prior to joining Magone & Company. His expertise includes domestic and international audit and accounting services, including federal and state tax representation, benefit plan administration, estate and trust planning and business consulting.

Banking

Miriam K. Haimes was promoted by TD Bank to Regional Bank Finance Lead in Cherry Hill. She is responsible for overseeing Line of Business finance, including regional commercial lending, small business, business banking, government banking and treasury services. Haimes joined the company in 2010 with 30 years experience finance and banking. She graduated cum laude from Syracuse University and is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.

Financial services

James Gallagher was named director of financial services group team at Mercadien, P.C., CPAs, a Princeton-based accounting firm. Gallagher specializes in performing risk management services for banks and United States branches " , of foreign banking institutions. Gallagher, with more than 20 years banking industry experience, earned a master's degree of business administration from Rollins College.

Information Technology

Jane Tsui-Wu was named chief information and vice president of information technology by St Joseph's Health Care System in Paterson. Wu has more than 15 years experience in healthcare information technology. Previous to St Joseph's she was an Interim Chief Information Officer at Stony Brook University Hospital in New York.

Legal

Pamela R. Kaplan joined Porzio's Litiga- tion Morristown. Kaplan received her law degree from Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law in 2013. She was previously employed by Porzio in 2012 as a summer associate. She was also a legal intern for Bet Tzedek Legal Services Clinic at the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law in New York.

Jason Ulezalka joined Edwards Wildman Palmer as an associate in the firm's business law department in Morristown. Before Edwards and Wildman, Ulezalka was at the New York City offices of Golub & Golub, where he was an associate representing hedge fund clients in distressed debt and special situation investment transactions.

David L. Cook and David E. Weiss were named members of the Newark law firm Sails Cummis & Gross P.C; and Peter M. Flannery Clint Kakstys were named of counsel to the firm.

* Cook represents corporations banks in litigation in state and federal courts throughout the United States. Cook earned his law degree from Cornell University Law School.

* Weiss is a member of the corporate practice group in New York. His previous practice was at DLA Piper LLP. He earned his law degree from Vanderbilt University Law School.

* Flannery is a member of the real estate practice group in Princeton. Flannery's focus is on land use and developmental. He earned his law degree from Rutgers University School of Law.

* Kakstys is a member of the real estate practice group in New York. His practice focus is on the acquisition, disposition and financing of commercial properties throughout the United States. He earned his law degree from the University of Connecticut.

Marketing

Ron Boger was promoted to president and chief operating officer of Ideavillage Products Corporation, a Wayne-based marketer of consumer products. Boger has a career in retail and distribution.

Before Ideavillage, Boger served as president and chief executive officer of Major Connections, Inc., senior vice president of Telebrands and vice president of Non-Foods, HBC and Pharmacy of Eagle Foods.

Favorite Place to Chow Down: The Grain House, in Basking Hills. It is an historic Inn Restaurant that dates back to the 18th century complete with beamed ceilings, masterful fireplaces and great food!

Historical figure you'd want to meet: Michelangelo. travels to Italy I have been able to see Michelangelo's David and visit the Sistine Chapel.

Dream Vacation: Greek Isles. I have always been fascinated at the architectural and scientific accomplishments during the Greek era.

Something about you that you're co-workers don't know: I had a newspaper delivery route when I was in grade school, which was when I started the coin collection that I still have today.
