Heidi Shore has joined Wilkin & Guttenplan, Certified Public Accountants & Consultants as Director of Marketing and Business Development Responsibilities include working with partners and various practice groups at the East Brunswick firm to develop strategic marketing plans, and cultivate business relationships to facilitate expansion.

Stanley J. Morin has joined Florham Park-based Magone & Company, P.C. as a partner. Morin is licensed in New Jersey, York, Pennsylvania and has been in practice more than 35 years. Banking

Miriam K. Haimes was promoted by TD Bank to Regional Bank Finance Lead in Cherry Hill. Jane Tsui-Wu was named chief information and vice president of information technology by St Joseph's Health Care System in Paterson. Wu has more than 15 years experience in healthcare information technology. Previous to St Joseph's she was an Interim Chief Information Officer at Stony Brook University Hospital in New York.

Pamela R. Kaplan joined Porzio's Litiga- tion Morristown. Kaplan received her law degree from Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law in 2013. She was previously employed by Porzio in 2012 as a summer associate. She was also a legal intern for Bet Tzedek Legal Services Clinic at the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law in New York.

Jason Ulezalka joined Edwards Wildman Palmer as an associate in the firm's business law department in Morristown. Before Edwards and Wildman, Ulezalka was at the New York City offices of Golub & Golub, where he was an associate representing hedge fund clients in distressed debt and special situation investment transactions.
