EMSI Engages Hank George, Inc. to Develop Exclusive APS Summary Manual and Training System

Examination Management Services, Inc. (EMSI), the market leader in medical information, risk management and investigative services, has engaged Hank George, Inc. to develop a proprietary attending physician statement (APS) summary manual and comprehensive training system exclusively for EMSI. <org value="ACORN:1462316648" idsrc="xmltag.org">EMSI underwriters are required to complete the APS summary training course, enhancing the value of EMSI's APS summaries for all customers.

EMSI's new APS summary manual includes 126 pages of detailed direction regarding what should be included in an APS summary, covering impairments such as hepatobiliary disorders, tobacco and nicotine/cotinine usage and skin diseases. In addition to reviewing and comprehending the APS summary manual, EMSI underwriters will be required to complete a 12-week training course offered through its new proprietary APS training system.
