Doyle Raizner Attorneys to Speak at Upcoming TAPIA Conference in Dallas

Doyle Raizner founding partner Jeff Raizner will moderate a panel discussion at the upcoming Texas Association of Public Insurance Adjusters 2013 Spring Conference in Dallas April 10-11. The topic discussion “Bad Faith, Appraisals and Ethics” features several speakers from different areas of the insurance realm. Attorney Andrew Slania will also speak at the conference on the topic of “PA 201,” which will be an informative panel discussion on the practice of public adjusting. Andrew’s practice areas include bad faith litigation and business interruption.

Texas Association of Public Insurance Adjusters (TAPIA) is an organization dedicated to protecting the interests of insured Texas home and business owners who have suffered property insurance losses. The organization is comprised of adjusters who work on behalf of the insured/policyholder. The focus of the organization and its members is to provide continuing education for public insurance adjusters, protect the public insurance consumers and the rights of these consumers while upholding a strict code of ethics.
